✅ Returns Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You provide unboxing video/photos as proof (required for damaged/defective items).
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Items without original packaging or signs of use.

Change of mind or dislike of product.

Replacements and Exchanges for damaged products will be delivered in 3-5 days.
💰 Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be credited within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank Transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders.
🚚 Return Pickup

We offer free reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Shipping charges for self-returns are refunded if your return is accepted.
