🔁 Return & Refund Policy – COKART

At COKART, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You provide unboxing video/photos as proof (required for damaged/defective items).

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items without original packaging or signs of use.

  • Change of mind or dislike of product.

  • Replacements and Exchanges for damaged products will be delivered in 3-5 days.


💰 Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be credited within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank Transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders.


🚚 Return Pickup

  • We offer free reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Shipping charges for self-returns are refunded if your return is accepted.
